Advisory

I advise private and institutional collections on the secondary market for Asian art: contemporary Chinese ink, modern Asian painting, classical and modern Indian miniatures, and Asian works on paper.

My advisory practice is the consequence of the research: I studied these artists, lived inside their ecosystem, and for that reason I can read their market. Every work is presented with documented provenance, a signed contextual essay and a condition report, to museum standards.

I currently advise collections in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Spain. Confidentiality is the standard of the secondary market in which I operate: collections are referred to by country only, and no inventory is published.
